The submission of your final project will be handled through the “Hack App” available under starthack.eu

Submissions will open on Wednesday night
As soon as submissions are open, you will be able to see an additional point in the menu on the left, called New Submission
While the submissions are open, you can submit your project multiple times. Every new submission will overwrite the last, and thus only your last submission will be counted
When submitting a version that will definitely not be your final submission, please begin the filename with “DRAFT”…

When submitting your project make sure to fill out all the given fields
Make sure your presentation is a .pptx file
Again, we will only accept .pptx files
You are very welcome to upload a short demo video on YouTube (2-3mins) privately or publicly, and share the link in the respective field with your submission, but it is not necessary

How will the winners be chosen?

On Friday, the chosen teams will pitch their project to the respective case partner
The case partner will choose one winning team per case

The participants will vote on their favourite teams
The five best teams with the most points will pitch their projects on the Summit stage (Main stage) in front of our offline jury and the whole Summit x Hack crowd
