Partners will have designated time slots when they will definitely be present at their booths:

<aside> 🕕 20.03.2024 —> 18:00 - 20:00

During these slots, outside of specific events such as submissions and presentations, partners are expected to be available at their booths for attendee interaction. While partners have flexibility outside of these slots, their occasional presence at the booth is appreciated to allow attendees to ask questions even outside of mandatory times.
