The workshop is led by Nina, a Product Manager at Swisscom who works on making apps more engaging by day — and organizes phone-free events by night. She founded "Digital Detox Zürich", a meetup group hosting events like Digital Detox Café, where co-working spaces transform into phone-free zones. Participants can explore creative corners for journaling and art, dive into deep conversations with curated prompts, play games, or join workshops on screen habits and self-discovery.
